Dear Guest,
Thank you for thinking of the West End Grill for your upcoming event. Enclosed is a copy of our menu, wine list, and sample private party menu. To reserve the restaurant on a specific night, we require a minimum dollar amount (S,M,T,W--$4,500 / TH--$5K / F--$5,500 / S--$6K), which covers all food, beverage, tax, and gratuity. Should you end up going over this amount, we will charge you for what you actually spend. We can accommodate up to 58 people comfortably at six to eight tables of 4-16 persons per table depending on the final head count. In addition, there will be room for your guests to assemble for cocktails as they arrive.
For such a large group, we recommend offering a choice of five or six entrees to choose from; the most popular choices include the Filet Bearnaise, the Asian Salmon, the Italian ‘Brick’ Chicken, and the Chilean Sea Bass as a combination of choices which appeal to the Beef/Fish/Chicken options. We can pick out a few other popular choices or, of course, we can work with whatever you choose.
The following is a rough breakdown of costs assuming the cocktail reception, dinner, dessert, etc.:

As you can see, these prices are approximate and assume our ‘glass-pour’ wines in the cost. You might want to consider going with a higher-end wine, in which case we would simply charge by the bottle. The appetizer sampler quoted above includes a “sampler” plate consisting of 1 Honey Mustard Shrimp, 1 Bleu Cheese Tart, and 1 Small Crab Cake at $10/pp.). Also, we recommend you pre-select wines so that we may have them at your tables when you arrive.
